Vice President, Marketing & Sales

As a member of the executive team and reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer, you bring forward-thinking creative marketing finesse, an ability to execute sales plans and identify business opportunities, an astute understanding of customers, and an energetic focus to strategic and tactical marketing activities that is all about results.

Your portfolio includes developing and managing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies and overseeing marketing, sales, and advertising communications including product and service positioning, branding, public relations, web content design, and sponsorship on the Access7 community channel. You are very adept at integrating communication and strategy and building coalitions inside and outside Access.

Motivating others to execute and thrive is second nature to you. You lead, develop, and support your marketing and sales team to achieve outstanding results by encouraging ideas to outthink the competition and meet the needs of customers in the communities served.

You thrive on using your interpersonal skills in the field where you get to know customers and their needs. Planning and analytical skills, financial savvy, and the ability to interpret market research are all part of your skills toolkit.

An undergraduate business degree with a marketing major or an MBA and 10 years of experience in progressively responsible and senior marketing roles, as well as a demonstrated track record, prepares you to successfully take on this opportunity.
