Consumers' Co-operative Refineries Limited (CCRL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Federated Co-operatives Limited, is one of North America's higher value-added petroleum refining facilities. CCRL is currently undergoing a $1.9 billion expansion to its facilities in Regina, scheduled for completion in 2012. As part of succession management, CCRL is currently recruiting for a Manager - Process.

Reporting to the Senior Vice-President - Refining, your focus is ensuring effective leadership and management of the CCRL Core Principles, directing the process operations through five Process Superintendents, and acting as a key member and contributor to the CCRL leadership team.

You use your highly developed technical expertise to lead other professionals in process engineering operations and team leadership. You are a high energy leader who is approachable and inspirational and have the ability to motivate others to achieve and exceed corporate objectives. As a senior leader, you are adept with the technical, operational, and people aspects of process operations and management.

A degree in Chemical Engineering (possibly Mechanical) and registration or eligibility for registration as a Professional Engineer in Saskatchewan is required. With a proven record of safety leadership combined with a progressive career, you have experience in all aspects of the refining process and are ready to assume responsibility for the entire operation.
