Community is at the heart of Access Communications’ business. To help serve those communities, Access is looking for a Customer Care Manager to lead and motivate the front line customer care team to deliver superior service to Access customers in communities across the province.

As the Customer Care Manager, you intuitively understand that customer service is a number one priority. With direct management responsibility for all customer sales and service in the call centre and across the province in retail locations, you set the standard and expectations for customer service for the Co-operative’s call centre, help desk, retail, technical operations centre, and reception.

You enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment, where decisions you make directly impact the customers Access serves. Familiar with a call centre environment, you can easily transition between coach and technical resource. Committed to developing people, you set achievable targets and coach your team to meet and exceed those goals.

You lead by example, acting as a resource as required to turn customer challenges into positive customer experiences. You are adept at training and can easily coach others in up-selling and cross-selling. You truly want to see your team grow and develop their skills and abilities.

With related post secondary education, you have previous experience in a call centre environment and proven sales management experience. You are ready to take the lead in defining customer care for Access Communications and  live and breathe customer service. Customer service is your middle name.
