North Prairie Developments is a proven leader in the development and construction of single family homes, multi-family projects, and land and commercial projects throughout Saskatchewan. To support its’ continued growth and success, North Prairie is seeking a part or full-time Human Resources Manager.

Reporting to the President and CEO, you are a key member of the management team and act as a business advisor to line managers to facilitate employee-related decision making and help increase line manager capability with respect to people activities.

A key focus of the role is workforce planning; your previous experience with recruitment, selection, and hiring abroad, ensures that North Prairie has the employees it needs to continue its’ growth. Your experience with developing and promoting human resources programs and services and providing HR expertise and advisory support to management on human resources strategy, tactics, and program implementation makes you a valued member of the business team. You are adept at developing and implementing internal communications strategies as well as being a ‘cheerleader’ who leads event planning for employee functions.

With a related degree and 3-5 years of human resources management experience, preferably in the construction industry, this is the next great step for you. A CHRP designation is an asset.
